1180. Deputy Eoghan Kenny asked the Minister for Health her plans to cover medications like Ozempic under the drug payment scheme for polycystic ovary syndrome, due to insulin resistance being a core symptom of the syndrome; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [2818/25]

The HSE has statutory responsibility for medicine pricing and reimbursement decisions, under the Health (Pricing and Supply of Medical Goods) Act 2013; therefore, the matter has been referred to the HSE for attention and direct reply to the Deputy.
