Deputy Maurice Quinlivan asked the Minister for Health the status of the case of a person (details supplied) who having undergone cataract surgeries at Kingsbridge Hospital, Lisburn Road, Belfast in 2019 has been declined reimbursement of cost having applied through the Cross Border Directive; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
