885. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage to review the case of a person (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [11481/25]

Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage

The responsibility for the management of staff within my Department is a matter for the Secretary General. However, I am informed that correspondence was issued to the individual in question in 2005 and the matter is now considered closed.
