286. Deputy Ruth Coppinger asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage when the acquisition cost guidelines will be released to local authorities; if he will insure that these guidelines are publicly available; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [14717/25]

The most recent Acquisition Cost Guidelines (ACGs) were issued in Q2 2024. The next update is due in Q2 2025.

A copy of the ACGs has been provided to all local authorities and can be made available to public representatives on request.
