Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Education whether a site (details provided) is under the ownership and control of the Department of Education; if the site is under the Department's jurisdiction, if a construction company has been assigned to develop a special school on the premises [15062/25]

I wish to inform the Deputy that the property in question is not currently in the ownership of my Department.

With regards to the project, I can confirm that a Project Manager has been appointed to design and tender the reconfiguration project and to oversee all elements of construction.
