319. Deputy Pádraig O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Health her plans to ensure timely access to diagnostics and treatment for rare diseases such as transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM); and if she will make a statement on the matter. [16457/25]
