Deputy Alan Kelly asked the Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform the percentage of the capital budget of the OPW that has been spent in the first four months of 2025; If he will provide the same figures for the corresponding period in the years of 2023 and 2024, in tabular form.
