183. Deputy Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Minister for Transport the number of additional hours overtime driver testing inspectors have availed of and were paid for in 2024; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21824/25]

Under the Road Safety Authority Act 2006, the Road Safety Authority (RSA) has statutory responsibility for the National Driver Testing Service and the information requested is held by the Authority.

I have referred the Deputy's question to the RSA for direct reply and I would ask the Deputy to contact my office if a response has not been received within ten days.

A referred reply was forwarded to the Deputy under Standing Orders.
