Dáil Éireann Debate, Thursday - 1 May 2025
266. Deputy Conor D. McGuinness asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage the number of rental accommodation scheme properties at the end of each of the past ten years in Waterford, by local electoral area. [21924/25]
View answerMy Department does not hold data on Rental Accommodation Scheme (RAS) by local electoral area, but rather collects and publishes data by local authority area.
My Department publishes comprehensive programme-level statistics on social housing delivery activity in all local authority areas on the statistics page of its website. Data in relation to active RAS tenancies for each of the last ten years can be found on my Department's website at the following link: https://assets.gov.ie/static/documents/RAS_Funding_and_Delivery_Statistics_to_Q4_2024.xlsx
