322. Deputy Mairéad Farrell asked the Minister for Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation if, in relation to the incorrect pension related payments to Ministers and civil servants, he will identify the number of Ministers/Ministers of State who will be required to make repayments/incur deductions; if there is a date by which these overpayments must be returned; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The NSSO review has identified that some members of the current and previous Governments and a number of serving office holders are impacted.
