Deputy Mark Ward asked the Minister for Health the specific arrangements she has in place to ensure social care services for the elderly are delivered in a manner consistent with the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with a Disability, in particular Article 3, Article 4, Article 5, Article 9, Article 19, Article 20; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
