934. Deputy Pádraig Rice asked the Minister for Health to specify which cancer-related capital programmes reached appraisal stage and have now lapsed in each of the years 2020 to 2024 and to date in 2025, in tabular form; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [32777/25]
View answerThe HSE Capital Plan is an annual document that sets out the planned Health infrastructure investment within a given year. Capital investment plays a critical role in enabling and enhancing health service provision. The HSE Capital Plan 2025 outlines the planned investment in Health infrastructure throughout the country. The HSE Capital Plan 2025 was published on 9th April 2025. The HSE Capital Plan is available on the HSE website here: https://www.hse.ie/eng/services/publications/capital-plan-2025.pdf
With regard to projects which were on previous years capital plans and have now been superseded, HSE Estates would be best placed to respond. I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond directly on this part to the Deputy as soon as possible.
