Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Minister for Health whether postnatal mental health services and screening procedures include evaluation for physiological causes such as thyroid hormone imbalance; and if he will take steps to improve interdisciplinary collaboration between endocrinology and mental health services for new mothers.
