809. Deputy Eoghan Kenny asked the Minister for Health to outline the safety-care measures put in place at a hospital (details supplied) following the HSA inspection at the hospital in June 2022; if there has since been a follow up inspection; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The Health and Safety Audit referred to was carried out at the request of Cork University Hospital management. As the matter relating to the measures put in place following the audit are service matters, I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond to the deputy directly, as soon as possible.
