Deputy Grace Boland asked the Minister for Health in view of the requirement for a GP referral to access services at the Balbriggan Primary Care Centre, the specific measures her Department is taking to improve access to services at the centre, particularly for patients facing barriers to GP access; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
