Deputy Grace Boland asked the Minister for Transport the reason bus timetables are not displayed at train stations on the Northern line, including Skerries; the measures that will be introduced to ensure bus and train timetables are clearly visible to help passengers plan their journeys; and if he will make a statement on the matter. View answerAs Minister for Transport, I have responsibility for policy and overall funding in relation to public transport; however, I am not involved in the day-to-day operations of public transport.
The issue raised by the Deputy is an operational matter for Irish Rail, in conjunction with the National Transport Authority. Therefore, I have referred the Deputy's question to Irish Rail for direct response.
