Deputy Joanna Byrne asked the Minister for Health the steps taken by Drogheda Department of Psychiatry to ensure that all staff have received appropriate seclusion training; and the measures put in place by Drogheda Department of Psychiatry to address the areas of non-compliance identified in regulation 69 of the MHC inspection report published on 16 June 2025.
