Question:

852. Deputy Sorca Clarke asked the Minister for Health given the annual €93 million outsourcing spend, if the HSE has considered that this money could be reallocated to expand internal staffing, training and retention, particularly for CAMHS, primary care psychology and multidisciplinary teams.
