Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Health if she will confirm the amount of funding allocated to an organisation (details supplied); if speech and language therapy for down syndrome children is funded directly by her Department; if she will allocate funding to DSI on a national or regional basis to allow the organisation to source and pay for the cost of services required for individual down syndrome children; if the funding will be increased for 2026; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
