An official from my Department have been in correspondence with the Student Universal Support Ireland (SUSI) and they have advised that their SUSI Access Officer team is available to help support the student referred to by the Deputy with completing and submitting their application.

The student can email the team at [access.officer@susi.ie] and request a hardcopy of the SUSI application form.

The Access Officer team will then support them in completing the hardcopy application form and will keep them updated on the progress of their application once it has been submitted.
