Deputy Paul Murphy asked the Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration further to Parliamentary Question No. 346 of 27 February 2024, and Parliamentary Question No. 512 of 7 March 2023 and Parliamentary Question No. 273 of 29 November 2017, to provide an update on the progress on the payment of an ex-gratia payment to a person (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter.
