Enforcement of the Public Health (Alcohol) Act 2018 is a matter for the enforcement body designated under the Act, the National Environmental Health Service of the HSE. I have no role in determining contraventions of the law as the the application and enforcement of the Act is solely a matter for the National Environmental Health Service.
