Deputy Sorca Clarke asked the Minister for Children, Disability and Equality to provide a list of agencies under her Department’s remit who currently receive training on recognising and responding to sexual violence; if this training is mandatory; the core competencies covered in existing training programs; and to provide a list of any agencies who don’t receive the latter. • National Disability Authority (NDA)
• Ombudsman for Children’s Office (OCO)
• Oberstown Children Detention Campus
• Office of the Director of Authorised Intervention, Tuam (ODAIT)
• Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission (IHREC)
