Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science whether an exception or discretionary review could be granted for a student who missed out on the 1916 bursary due to an administrative error (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. Officials from my Department have contacted SUSI who administer the Central Application and Assessment Facility (CAAF) for the 1916 Bursary, to review to this case.   I will issue an update to you when this review is complete, which I expect to be shortly.
