Deputy Pa Daly asked the Minister for Climate, Energy and the Environment when the social climate plan will be published; the way in which he has engaged with anti-poverty and civil society organisations throughout the development of the social climate plan; and if he will make a statement on the matter. View answerI refer the Deputy to the reply to Question Nos. 209, 210, 213, 214, 217, 218, 222, 223, 224 and 228 taken together on Tuesday, 21 October 2025 which sets out the current position in relation to the development of Ireland's Social Climate Plan and engagement with stakeholders to date.
The consultation referred to in that response has now closed. Submissions received are now being catalogued and examined and will inform the preparation of the plan together with the work of the Inter-Departmental Group. The plan is targeted for completion by year end.
