Public servants working in public service bodies under the aegis of my Department are members of either the Single Public Service Pension Scheme or a pre-existing pension scheme and accordingly, pension auto-enrolment is not necessary for employees of these bodies.

Responsibility for ensuring compliance with auto-enrolment requirements in respect of persons working in agencies, organisations or charities funded by my Department, who are not public servants, is a matter for the relevant employer.  This would include employees of Commercial State Bodies under the aegis of my Department.
