Deputy Brian Stanley asked the Minister for Health if Tullamore Hospital is currently prevented from outsourcing work to clear the orthodontic waiting lists; if the hospital is prevented from outsourcing this and from utilising the services for example, of the National Treatment Purchase fund; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
