1140. Deputy Marie Sherlock asked the Minister for Health if she will provide an update on the review of the operation of the Health (Termination of Pregnancy Services) (Safe Access Zones) Act 2024, which must be commenced not later than 18-months after commencement; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The Health (Termination of Pregnancy Services) (Safe Access Zones) Act 2024 came into effect on 17th October 2024.

In line with statutory commitments, a review of the operation of the Act will commence not later than April 2026, which is 18 months following commencement.
