I refer to my reply to Questions Nos. 252 of 22 May 2025, 526 of 17 June 2025, 246 of 10 July 2025 and 1198 of 8 September 2025, which set out the position in this matter.

To progress this application under the Cessation of Turf Cutting Compensation Scheme, my Department issued documents to the applicant on 28 October 2025. To date these documents have yet to be returned to my Department. Once the documents are received, this application will progress further.
