647. Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration the number of persons who have been before the courts for drink driving, and drug driving, by court district, in each of the past five years. [65521/25]

Management of the courts, operational matters and logistical functions are the responsibility of the judiciary and Courts Service, which are independent in exercising their functions under the Courts Service Act 1998 and the Constitution.

The collation of data on prosecutions appearing before the courts is a function of the Courts Service.
