835. Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health whether any risk or capacity assessment has been carried out on the effect of elective, non-medical procedures on waiting lists for paediatric surgery, urology, ENT, orthopaedics, and other pressure areas. [65353/25]
