492. Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health if any portion of the salary allocations associated with unfilled HSE posts in 2024 was internally re-assigned to non-pay budgets within the HSE; and to provide a breakdown of any such reallocations by hospital group and community health organisation.
