Deputy Robert O'Donoghue asked the Minister for Health when funding will be formally allocated to replace outdated breast diagnostic equipment; the reason for the delay in confirming this funding; and whether the 2026 capital plan includes specific ring-fenced investment for breast cancer services; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
