Deputy Grace Boland asked the Minister for Health the plans in place to expand primary care services in Skerries, Balbriggan, Rush and Lusk, including any proposals for the expansion of GP care provided through HSE clinics, additional GP contracts or service partnerships; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
