Family Resource Centres are core-funded by Tusla, an agency under the aegis of the Department of Children, Disability and Equality. My Department has no direct role in relation to Family Resource Centres and has no specific capital funding stream for these centres. However, my Department operates a range of capital funding schemes for community facilities. I would note, in particular, that the Community Centre Investment Fund has funded improvement works for multi-use community centres and buildings, some of which would include spaces for use as Family Resource Centres.I would encourage the organisation to check with my Departments website and the for information on funding opportunities and announcements.
