Deputy Pádraig O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Health the steps her Department is taking to address the recruitment and retention challenges for Health Care Assistant staff in Cork and Kerry, given the acknowledged impact on service delivery and waiting times; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
