Deputy David Cullinane asked the Minister for Health the position regarding Report 42 by the Review Body on Higher Remuneration regarding HSE staff and subsequent decisions of the Labour Court; her plans regarding outstanding commitments; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Following the Labour Court recommendation of 2nd October 2025 the Department of Health is liaising with the HSE to ensure the retrospective payments on Report 42 from 5 July 2021 to 31 May 2024 are paid without delay.
