Dáil Éireann Debate, Tuesday - 16 December 2025
1156. Deputy Ryan O'Meara asked the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science if information will be provided on the results of the Standardisation of Youthreach Calendar Year Sectoral Survey of ETBs; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [71366/25]
View answerI can confirm that my Department did not issue the Standardisation of Youthreach Calendar Year Sectoral Survey. This survey was conducted by Education and Training Boards Ireland (ETBI) to inform a submission to my Department’s work to consider the Teachers’ Union of Ireland claim seeking alignment of the Youthreach academic calendar year with that of the post-primary school academic year. If the Deputy requires further information on the survey or its results, I would advise contacting ETBI directly.
