The Defence Forces are responsible for Cyber Defence. I wish to clarify that I have no function with respect to the National Cyber Security Centre, which is under the remit of the Department of Justice, Home Affairs and Migration, or the HSE, which is under the remit of the Department of Health. The Department of Defence and the Defence Forces have no oversight or responsibility for victim support measures.
