Deputy Donna McGettigan asked the Minister for Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation the nature of refurbishment works that the OPW carried out at Kilrush Garda Station, where the value of works was in excess of €40,000 in 2024 and to-date in 2025, in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Office of Public Works (OPW) can confirm that one project, in excess of €40,000, was carried out at Kilrush Garda Station, commencing in 2024 with retention due in December 2025.

The nature of the works are outlined in the table below:
