I propose to take Questions Nos. 841 and 842 together.

I can confirm that the group in question receives funding from this Department. In relation to the holding of its AGM, I understand that it is a company limited by guarantee and is subject, in this regard, to relevant provisions of the Companies Act 2014 and the terms of its own constitution.

The Department, along with other public funders of the group, commissioned an independent finance and governance review of the organisation in October 2025. There have been subsequent communications between the funders and the Board. Subject to the agreement of both parties, the intention is that work on the review shall be progressed with the aim of delivering the review findings in the coming weeks.

Question No. 842 answered with Question No. 841.
