View answerThe Department's Finance Unit maintain supplier, including payee, records centrally on our Financial Management System (FMS). The following fields are mandatory for each supplier record:
• Supplier Name
• Supplier ID (generated by FMS)
• Address
• Phone Number
• Remittance Email
• Tax Reference Number
• Bank Details (sort code, bank address, account number, account name, IBAN, BIC)
