I can advise the Deputy that my Department has received correspondence from the charity concerned in regard to its work and that a response has been issued in reply.
I wish to acknowledge the vital voluntary work carried out by all Community First Responder schemes nationally and by the 4,500 volunteers currently providing vital initial care to stabilise patients before the arrival of an emergency ambulance crew.
