I propose to take Questions Nos. 39 to 43, inclusive, together.

To support the PR6 grid investment programme, a €1.5 billion equity investment has been provided to ESB in December 2025. This is an equity investment.

The PR6 investment programme is financed by ESBN and EirGrid, with revenues recovered through network tariffs over the appropriate time horizon. Neither company received Exchequer funding for grid investment outside of this equity investment.
