View answerFor former apprentices who wish to seek proof that they successfully completed their apprenticeship, SOLAS’s recommended course of action is to apply for a Record of Attainment. An individual seeking this should contact their local Education and Training Board (ETB) and Training Advisor, who will provide the application form and explain the application process. In this case, I note from the details supplied that the relevant ETB has provided this form, along with instructions for apprentices who completed an apprenticeship after the 31st of August 1986 in requesting their Record of Attainment.
