The payroll costs for 2025 have not yet been finalised, and will be available upon publication of the 2025 appropriation accounts.
I also wish to advise the Deputy that the that the payroll cost for former staff of my department is Nil. All former staff who are paid a public service pension are paid from vote 12 from National Shared Services Office. This is the vote that covers retired Civil Servants.
The information in respect of state bodies under the aegis of my department, within the scope of the Deputy’s question, is not held by my department. State bodies have been provided with the question and have been requested to respond directly to the Deputy.
