Deputy Ciarán Ahern asked the Minister for Health the number of people which are detained in the Central Mental Hospital, other than under the Criminal Law (Insanity) Act 2006, as amended by the Criminal Law (Insanity) Act 2010, and the route(s) by which each of those people have been detained.
