I propose to take Questions Nos. 254, 255 and 256 together.

As Minister of State with responsibility for International & Road Transport, Logistics, Rail and Ports, I wish to advise that the National Vehicle and Driver File (NVDF) is the database of record for Irish Driving Licence and Learner Permit Holders. It is not clear the source to which the Deputy is referring to in regards to 113 cases of penalty points.
