353. Deputy Mark Wall asked the Minister for Education and Youth if additional works can be considered for a school in County Kildare (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter. [3246/26]

Minister for Education and Youth

The Large Scale Capital Project referred to by the Deputy is being delivered under the Department of Education’s Traditional Programme.

The project brief for the school referred to was to provide a 28 Classroom School with associated services, site and external works.

The works referred too by the Deputy were not included in the scope of works for the school. The building works has been completed and handed over to the school authorities.
