Deputy Mattie McGrath asked the Minister for Health , further to the response to Parliamentary Question No. 958 of 18 November 2025, to provide a copy of the established national guidance documents mentioned as being followed when a baby is born showing signs of life after abortion; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
